    N3065 Solar Charging Board


    The N3065 is a single-cell lithium battery charge management chip that can be powered by solar panels. The device includes a power transistor internally that does not require an external current sense resistor and blocking diode. The internal 8-bit analog-to-digital conversion circuit can automatically adjust the charging current according to the current output capability of the input voltage source.
    The user does not need to consider the worst case, and can maximize the current output capability of the input voltage source, which is very suitable for using solar panels. The CN3065 requires very few peripheral components and is compliant with USB bus specifications,making it ideal for portable applications.     Note:  If the CN3791 MPPT solar charger is a 9V version, you must use a solar panel with an operating voltage of 9V.
