Mechanical and environmental performance:
1) Free fall (impact)
It fell freely from a height of 75cm to a hardwood board of 30mm thickness and dropped three times, that is threquiring the technical specifications.
2) Sealing: Immerse the resonator in alcohol and pressurize it at 5Kg/cm2 for 5 minutes. Remove the insulation resistance >500 ohm (DC100V) from the test pin to the pedestal.
3) Solderability: From the end of the pin to the bottom of 2~2.5mm, place it in a solder bath of 235 degrees Celsius ± 5 degrees Celsius for 2 ± 0.5 seconds, and the tin solder surface is > 90%. Meet the technical specifications.
4) Vibration resistance: The vibration frequency is 10~55Hz and the amplitude is 1.5mm. After each vibration in the X, Y, and Z directions for 2 hours, the test is performed. It meets the technical specifications and there is no mechanical damage.
