product detail
MPR121 V12 Capacitive Touch Sensor Module Breakout Controller I2C IIC Interface Digital Keyboard Development Board For Arduino
Introduction:
The MPR121 chip is powerful and can be used for touch capacitance detection, driving LEDs, etc. It can reduce power consumption to 8yA under low-speed scanning and can handle up to 12 independent touchpads. It supports I2C and can be connected with almost any microcontroller. You can use the ADDR pin to select one of four addresses. There are a total of 48 capacitive touchpads on an I2C2 line bus. Using this chip is much easier than capacitive sensing using analog inputs and can be configured for sensitivity.
